[CALV-ARES] More Snowstorm paperwork...

Eric,

You have way too many hours for me. Since we never needed to stand up a directed net, my time was a couple of hours around the reporting times to gather, compile and send data to NWS. Rest of the time I was listening to the radio/scanner while doing other things, or asleep.

I'd say I put in a total of 14 hours.

If we had needed to stand up a directed net and I was sitting at the radio for 55 hours, I'd still be asleep now. ;-)

Attached is the ICS-211 form used to report people's times during events. I
estimated everyone's time based on the following criteria:

1) If you submitted actual logs I gave you credit for actual time.
2) If you submitted weather observations I gave you credit for 1 hour per
observation.
3) If I have evidence you were on the net you made the list but got 0 hours.

If you would like to improve your numbers before I submit this to the Section
please help me to help you. Also, each hour worked is worth five points in the
Public Service Honor Roll (http://www.arrl.org/public-service-honor-roll) so
please submit your reports for that as well and get the credit you deserve.

I plan on submitting the event hours tomorrow (Monday) so please provide me
with your updates ASAP! Thanks!

73,
Eric
