[CALV-ARES] Power outages in CRE

1545L  SMECO reports 721 homes in CRE without power.  FaceBook reports streets off of Catalina Drive, Painted Horse, Towanda Trail, Guadaoupe Trail, Arrowhead, Sagebrush, Hemlock Rd, Thunderbird, and Roundup.  These are in the general vicinity of Lake Lariat.
