NOAA is expecting HF radio blackouts, caused by a geomagnetic storm coming from the Sun, starting today through November 3rd.  There is a 55% chance of a R1-R2 ( http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/noaa-scales-explanation )  degradation and a 15% chance of R3-R5 ( http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/noaa-scales-explanation )  degradation during this period.
