[CALV-ARES] Monday Radiological Shelter Exercise

RACES has been asked to support the radiological shelter exercise on Monday, 
July 6th, starting at 8AM and should conclude around noon.  We are expecting 
to need approximately 8 operators for the exercise (more would be good too).

Locations for activation:

1) Huntingtown High School - Shelter and monitoring area
2) Calvert County EOC
3) Calvert County Health Department

Missions (in order of priority):

1) Establish communications between the shelter an the EOC.
2) Establish communications between the shelter and the health department.
3) Establish communications with the Hospital Net.
4) Establish communications with Anne Arundel County (Calvert is using some of 
AA's resources).

If you are able to participate please respond and let me know.  I'd like to 
have a comms plan and a people plan ready to go tomorrow.
