[CALV-ARES] Pre-Alert: Winter Weather Sunday night into Monday

As promised, here is my Saturday night update.

Looking at both the NWS and the Washington Post's Weather Gang, it appears that Calvert County has edged out of the "freezing rain/ice possible" category making rain a much higher probability.  We are right on the line[0], however, and these are probabilities we're talking about.  If you're planning any travel to points west and north you might want to look for more detailed forecasts to gauge timing of the ice and adjust your travel plans as necessary.

At this time I don't foresee an activation.  Again, please monitor the 146.985 repeater to the maximum extent you can in the off chance something does happen.

Jim sent out some good information about preparing yourself for travel in the winter last night.  It's always good to keep some food, water, extra clothes, a blanket, and some form of entertainment in your car so you can wait out whatever might delay your return home.
