The monthly ARES meeting was held in Prince Frederick on 2014-12-16.  We trained 
on communications capabilities of federal, state, and local emergency response 
agencies and our own capabilities.  Familiarization of federal training 
requirements, as well as, ICS chain-of-command was also discussed.
