[CALV-ARES] EXERCISE - GlobalSET 2015 - Personnel Availability

If I am home I could be on the HF rig in a couple of minutes.
I could also be on the air with my 2 meter HT in a few minutes.
I could also be mobil on 2 meters very quickly.
The secret is getting the word to me as soon as possible.
