It depends on where I am at the time.and what time it is . 
If  I am home during daylight it would be about two minutes to

THIS IS AN EXERCISE 

ITU Region One is participating in GlobalSET 2015.  They have requested us to 
poll all ARES members and inquire how long it would take for the members to 
get on the air and for how long they could be on the air. 

This is a time-sensitive survey. 

Please respond to me with how long it would take you to be on the air and for 
how long you could operate.
