              0830 Contact with informal net on 146.985.? Prepare to listen to 147.105 for exercise messages.
              0900? Receive exercise messages and begin action plan.
              ????????? KB3RAN Prepares 'equipment' for transport to ANAR to be handed off for further transport to MEMA alternate site in FRED.?
              ????????? ?Reports to W4OTN and N3IDX?when in route.
              ????????N3IDX? Brings up WinLink station and makes contact with FRED.? ?
              ?
              As scenario progresses:
              ???????? ? W4OTN contacts ANAR on net to coordinate transfer location to hand off equipment,? tracks both stations and gives progress reports.
              ?????????? N3IDX??Tracks CALV and ANAR mobiles and reports by?WinLink to FRED progress reports and other details.??? 
              ?
              Other stations may track and join the CALV net as necessary.? We'll try to use W4OTN as our rep on the SET net until conditions change.? Hope others will assist as needed.? This is a drill and is meant to be 'on the fly' to test whether we can make decisions and respond to changing conditions as they happen.?

                          Here is the final-final MDC SET Plan for 2014.? The revisions include the latest APRS players and where some of them are meeting along the route.

                    I did not receive emails for all the Transporters, so if you notice some who are missing, please forward this to them. Thanks.

                          MEMA will get me a notice Saturday morning of the event that will start the ball rolling.? Emails will fly out to this group early to get the gang moving.? Expect Transporters to be on the road around 0900.

                          Collington operators will be on site at 0800 to?finish up any last minute?equipment issues as the MDC SET Command Center. We will have WL2K?Winmor P2P on 3575KHz and 7075KHz.

                          And before I forget. . .take lots of picture.? I plan to make?a report with as many pictures as I can.? Pictures of the "Relocated MEMA" site; a shot of a?Transporter turning over the equipment with a handshake;?APRS vehicles; meeting places, etc.

                  I will be at Collington, K3CCR?all day tomorrow setting up?radios and running cable, etc. Won't have time to answer any emails until late in the day when I get home.

                  We will have fun, won't we?? Looking forward to seeing all the Transporters on the APRS Map and hearing from the Trackers via Winlink.
