[CALV-ARES] ARES Registration

I hope everyone had a good Thankgiving and that you were able to spend time with your family and friends.

I appreciate everyone's recent involvement in ARES and hope the momentum continues.  I've created a database to capture registration and station capabilities and will appreciate everyone taking a moment to complete the short survey.

In order to help protect people's information I've taken a layered approach for authentication and access to the database.  Unfortunately this means that everyone's account must be manually approved before access is granted to the database.  Once your account is approved and properly categorized you'll have access to the database entry and other more-sensitive information.

To start the registration please go to the Calvert ARES website: http://ares.k3cal.org.
Select "Register" under "Meta" on the right hand side of the page.
You'll need to enter a username (please use your callsign) and your email address[0].
Follow the instructions that are emailed to you to complete your registration.

Once you have completed these steps I'll manually have to add you to the proper group and you'll receive instructions for completing your ARES registration.
