I've created a new website for ARES (https://ares.k3cal.org).  It's not finished (will I ever be finished with anything?) but if I waited for anything to be finished, well, I'd never release anything.

So, take a look and let me know what we're missing.  You can subscribe to the page so that you'll receive any posts by email (look for the sign up on the right side of the page).

You can also find my latest draft of the EOP there.  Feel free to grab a copy (PDF) and take a look.  This guide changes frequently but I'm planning on not messing with it after Sunday night to give everyone a chance to look at it and provide meaningful feedback.
