[CALV-ARES] SKYWARN Net Control Operator

I've waited years for one of these classes to come up & I'd very much like
to take it. However, I have something else scheduled for that weekend & I
need to decide which way to jump. I expect I will probably take the class
but I haven't made a firm decision as yet.
