[CALV-ARES] December ARES Meeting

The December ARES meeting will be held at the County Services building (room 102) on Tuesday, December 16th at 7:30P.  This is the same location as the CARA meetings.

The topics for the meeting will include:
* Strategic and tactical communications
* Ideas on digital communications within the county
* Winter weather table-top exercise (as time allows)
