[CALV-ARES] Meeting at Phillips house tonight?

[N3QHC]

K3UGA, KB3RAN and other CALV ARES Stations;

 

I apologize that no one showed up to conduct the monthly ARES Meeting.  I
made arrangements and conformed on Monday for someone to be at the Phillips
House for the meeting.  I knew that I was not going to be able to attend
October's meeting.

 

Obviously, the current method(s) informing the ARES Stations there is a
cancellation is certainly broke.  We need to discuss issue at the November
meeting since it seems to be an ongoing problem.  Suggestion highly welcome!

Ditto.  Met Jim as he was leaving.  I was a few minutes late, but had a nice
chat with Jim in the parking lot.  Drove up from Lusby for NO meeting.
PLEASE use the phone tree or something when the meeting is cancelled.  Or
post on the mail list in an appropriate time frame that the meeting will or
will not be held.
