The NOAA Forecast page is still up and it says it will stay up during the shutdown, see http://www.weather.gov/forecastmaps 

REMINDER : I STILL NEED RSVP'S FROM STATIONS PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SET THIS FRIDAY EVENING AND SATURDAY. 

So far, only one op has responded to my earlier RSVP request email.
