Hurricane season starts June 1. Make sure you and your family are prepared.

 

To begin preparing, you should build an emergency kit

<http://www.ready.gov/family-communications> .  At the same time, start
building a go-to kit for your Amateur Radio service.  There are hundreds of
examples of to-go kits on the websites or send your ideas on this reflector.


 

If one takes time to plan now than when the time comes your family and you
will be safer and happier that you did prepare.
