Good morning everyone,

 

I am trying to drum up some support for the Prince George's County,
Emergency Preparedness Coalition High Frequency Hospital Net.  This net is
conducted on Wednesday following the third Monday of each month on 3820 at
7:30 PM.  The next net will meet Wednesday June 19th so please drop in.  We
have been averaging 10-13 checkins, mostly from Prince George's County ARES
checking in with us.  Although we have had hams check in from NY, WI, WV,
MI, MA, and NC.  

 

This is an informal net.  The purpose is to see just who might hear us and
check in.  Just who and where we could be heard if the need arises to reach
out and get messages outside the area for whatever reason.  We are trying to
promote the Emergency Preparedness Coalition and local hospitals in our
community.  

 

Yours truly is NCS, and I would like to hear from you guys!  The net usually
runs half hour, depending on the number of checkins.  Of course, if all you
guys check in with me it might run a bit longer.
