[CALV-ARES] Cancelled meeting

Hopefully, getting the key every month is just a bump in the road for us.
Bill/N3XMZ asked EOC personnel for help so we can keep a key to the Phillips
House or find us a new meeting place in the PF area.  The library is a
separate County entity and they charge money to use their rooms.  Also, they
close too early for our group.  Currently we are looking into using PF VFD
Firehouse side room, alternate EOC, sheriff's police station and some others
places in PF area.  There is a number of possibilities in the works, just
hope at least one works in our favor.

Thanks.  Didn't realize it was such a problem to get the key.  Maybe we
should meet at the library.

I apologize David.  We will do that next time.  We are working on getting
the key or room assigned to us since getting the key is a big hassle.  One
has to drive to PF then back home or sit in PF for 3+ hours before the
meeting.  Then return the key the next day.  At least three trips to get a
key for a room that we are providing the County a free service.  Still, we
should have announce something over the repeater.

Could last minute cancellations be announced on the repeater?  I drove up
and found no one there.  I didn't check my email after 6PM, but had my radio
on and heard nothing about a cancellation.  Thanks.
