[CALV-ARES] RMS at MHCC tonight

We will be checking at MHCC repeater site tonight starting at 1900-Hours (L)
to show how RMS messaging works for the Drill.  If you are interested in
participating and seeing a demonstration of HF RMS using the SignaLink
please show up tonight.
