[CALV-ARES] EchoLink Instruction

I just talked to Steve on the air a little while ago. He has changed some of
the commands and suggested we wait until Thursday to finalize the
instructions.

I believe employers prefer someone who "fits" in than is a good worker.   If
the place is good then they want good workers. If the place is bad then so
are the people.
