[CAham] Will new cell-phone law effect mobile ops?

   Hello I am here in Guam and the only places here
where they have banned the use of cell phones so far
have been on US Bases. You can use it but when it
rings you have to pull over to answer and you can't
have the ear bud dangling from your ear.
   So far nothing is being said about the HT's I use
since I have seen many using it but no comments from
local hams on this yet.
