Does ANYone begrudge RB's the ONE frequency that
is now 'allocated' for that use ??? Shared, even ?
I've NEVER heard of an RB Op telling/asking simplex
stations to move to another frequency...! They simply
wait for the other station to get through, or break
politely - make their call and shut down. AND, I've
also never heard a RB Op begrudge the remote access
to his station to another Op that was willing to use
it responsibly.
This sounds like the SSB -vs- AM mentality!
The whole 75m band (250kc) and a small 30kc
slice from 3860 Kc to 3890 Kc is being fought
over to keep AM activity off of... Sheesh!
And I won't get into that 'dog in the manger'
greed based argument any further here...

Them's is my thoughts :)
I was hoping to NOT see this kind of mentality
on the VHF and above bands. Up til now it's
been quite gentlemanly, let's not start trying
to 'kill' one type of 'operation' (in this case)
just because there are only a few operators that
practice it. Let's not be like the HF lids!
73 2 all 4 now,
