Good question, although I do not have the answer. I was merely forwarding
the ARRL bulletin. It sounded interesting and I thought some of the people
on the list might make use of the information. But, not sure how the
PEAPRS differs... However, I am sure that if there is anyone on this list
with the answer, this message will start the discussion.
