[Boatanchors] Room available 17 minutes from Xenia Fairgrounds

All, there is a room available at the Hearthstone Inn in Cedarville, OH literally 17 minutes away from the Fairgrounds. It is my room that I have to give up. Any day I can get someone to take the room, is one day I don't have to pay for. They won't allow me to cancel this late, but will substitute someone else's booking for mine.

It is about $250/night, but I bet you could get it cheaper if you call directly (I booked through hotels.com). Their direct number is  (937) 766-3000
It is a very adequate room, I don't think anyone would complain about it!
