Hello Boatanchor Fans

Well after nearly 1 entire year of searching, moving stuff at 6 hr drives
on and off and living in my truck during the harsh winter, finally landed a 
new
rental over in Western PA. Am in the setup phase now and hope to be 
officially open
1st week in March. What an epic undertaking !
