I'm sorry but...
Knowing the full-scale deflexion current of the old meter is not sufficient.
The Movement Resistance is needed too, or the full-scale voltage.
There can be many 25µA meters with different movement resistances (and many
internal magnetic field intensities).
What is the defect of the Simpson-built one you have ??

25uA movement. Case is 3 and a half inches in  diameter.
