[Boatanchors] Transformer info hunt

I need pin out information on an audio interstage transformer made for Hammarlund by UTC.  Thinking probably 1940's.

As best I can decipher on the worn paint, its labeled UTC-D ? 3551 and Hammarlund ?=31086-2.  IF anyone has any old transformer catalogs and has time to look, please see what you can find.  Rated for 3 watts, it matches a receiver output impedance of 7-8 kOhms to 600 ohms.
