Overall it looked to me like most asking prices were pretty realistic. If I
was still collecting vintage ham gear I would have gone home with a car
full. Luckily I’m now a Navy radio and Teletype nut and that stuff is
mostly cheap (and heavy). All I bought was a $10 Teletype table. But I
always have a fun time looking at all the gear I lusted after as a
teenager.
I think pricing depends on whether the seller
A) truly wants to sell or
B) hopes to get a better price by holding on, even until the next fest or
C) has unrealistic expectations
YMMV
