[Boatanchors] Looking for a parts list for a Central Electronics20A Exciter

[manualman at juno.com]

There were a number of Central Electronics models where no parts list was
included in the manual.
Back in the "good old days" you really didn't need a parts list if you
had a schematic I guess.
