Bill,
I think you are looking for a wrench that has an adjustable "collet" that
grips the round nut, is that correct? Sort of like a nut driver on steroids?
iI have a set (had them for a good many years) and no manufacturer's name,
but one of them has the following numbers on the handle
GC 9358. I am wondering if GC is for General Cement who once was a
supplier of a host of shop tools.
