[Boatanchors] Want to buy a pair of tested 5651WA voltage regulator tubes (new)

    The W in the suffix means the tube was made for a military 
contractor. W tubes usually do not have any special specifications. 
However, they may be more expensive or difficult to find than the 
generic version. I have had some private correspondence with Doug about 
checking his tubes in place. Since they are cheap he might as well get a 
couple of new ones. Double check the trouble shooting. I suspect 
something else is wrong but it might be the gas tubes. They do not often 
go bad but can.
    This is a nice meter and worth some effort to repair.
