Many on Ebay at very reasonable prices (around three or four dollars).

Didn't see it on Digikey (didn't search thoroughly).

When looking, use the actual part number from the chip - HM6264ALP-10 (from
the manual)

Just be sure to use anti static procedures when handling/installing.
