[Boatanchors] In need of tube base resistive chart for a Halicrafters S38C

Please, I am need of a resistive chart for a S38C I am working on. I actually only need resistive tube socket values for V3 (12SQ7 & ( V4 50L6). I haven't been able to locate a resistive tube chart. A novice tried to change out the caps..have found wiring errors. I'm trying to save some time.
