[Boatanchors] Converter.

Beware for those that want to build the "pulse to touchtone" converter
depicted in the web address below.
It was designed for the British Telephone (BT) standards and the North
American ones are different.
Just to begin, in the NA Bell system, the 48V line supply POSITIVE side is
GND, the NEGATIVE is the "line".
It looks to be the reverse for BT....
