Hello list.  I have too many radio projects in my life, and not enough time to finish them, so I will be bringing the following items to next weekend’s hamfest in Fort Walton Beach, FL:

-  Johnson Thunderbolt amplifier.   This is the early version, with the 4-400A tubes.  Assembled from a kit (but not by me).  Has rebuilt screen/bias supply using a Peter Dahl transformer and Sprague “Atom” electrolytics.  Also has a 270K 2W resistor across terminals 5 and 6 of the MODE switch to ensure that the tubes are cut off in case the bias control plug isn’t plugged in or isn’t working properly (the late T-bolts had this resistor).  Cosmetic appearance is very good, knob pointers were replaced with white acetyl plastic rod stock.  I will also include my stash of spare parts from a second Thunderbolt that I scrapped out some time ago, plus enough parts to get a good start on the (very necessary) 6dB attenuator, plus extra AC power and (correct) bias control plugs. 

-  Johnson Ranger I transmitter.  This is the second version, with the built-in keyer / bias supply.  Also has PTT per the Johnson design. Otherwise, it is in stock configuration with no mods.  Cosmetic appearance is very good, knob pointers were replaced with white acetyl plastic rod stock.  For your convenience, I will include a replacement CE Manufacturing capacitor for the HV supply.

-  Multi-Elmac AF67 transmitter.  Has been modified to a small extent, driver transformer has been replaced with a better one.  Cosmetic appearance is very good.  

-  R-390A receiver.  This is a “depot dawg” but not a “blue striper” or anything like that, consisting of mostly Motorola modules.  Progressitron PTO.  No carrier level meter or top/bottom covers, sorry.  includes a complete complement of BBODs (hi hi) except for C553, which is a Sprague Orange Drop.

-  WRL Galaxy V transceiver / power supply / speaker cabinet / 100 KHz crystal calibrator.  Parts radio.

-  Henry Tempo One  transceiver / power supply / speaker cabinet.  Black front panel.
