[Boatanchors] Wanted: Millen 92200 tuner bandswitch

Hi Brian,

I have the E F Johnson Matchboxes and their instructions. Other matching 
devices also tell us to *NEVER* change the bandswitch position while the 
transmitter is making RF power! It doesn't take 10KW to burn the 
contacts if we move the switch while transmitting. Somebody sinned for sure.

Most transmitters, especially the tube/valve kind, tell us to NOT change 
the bandswitches while transmitting for the same reason.
