By the way, the ME-398/U belongs to or is equivalent to AN/USM-345.

Maybe this helps a bit.

I think the voltmeter us in working condition but I am still quite unsure how to use it.

A circuit diagram would help me to find out where to pick up the audio to use it as a receiver.

I have a selective voltmeter ME-398/U here in my shack which I would like to use as a VLF  and longwave receiver.

As I do not know how to operate this one, how to calibrate it and where to pick up the audio, I would appreciate some help.
