Larry,

The James Millen Society would appreciate receiving your papers and would probably post them for all to see. Their web page is at www.isquare.com/millen/millen-page.htm<http://www.isquare.com/millen/millen-page.htm> .

I have some Millen Radio paperwork that i'd like to find a new home
for.? Good stuff and nice condx.

Preliminary Instructions for 90800 Transmitter-Exciter.? Original
typewritten pages.? Page 4 is the schematic.

No. 90651 Grid Dip Meter.? This has to be original paper.? All fastened
together and has all the diagrams, charts, drawings etc.

One is an original and another is a good clean copy.

A letter from the James Millen Manufacturing Company to John D Ryan c/o
Northwest Airlines pertaining to modifying their 90810 VHF transmitter
on how to key the 829 final.? Looks like the original letter along with
a copy of the transmitter.

I have no need for any of this stuff so if your interested drop me a
line and for postage you can have ani or all of it.

I'd think the Millen stuff would be of interest.

There's this place called FedEx Office where for a few bucks they'll
scan all that stuff and convert if to pdf files; then you can upload
it to a website so all can benefit. Your QRZ.com page can host the
files, or maybe Antique Radios Forum, or the AM Forum on QRZ, or the
amfone.net .... you'll get everyone's undying gratitude, or at least
that from the Millen collectors.

Joe, I think you would be quite safe in assuming the fixed resistor
tolerances are 10%.

I'm looking for a JW Miller 1727 BFO Oscillator coil for my current 9 tube
superheterodyne receiver project. It's a tapped coil used in the BFO
Hartley oscillator. I'd appreciate if you could check your junk box.
Thanks. 73 Scott WA9WFA

Does it have to be that precise make & model? Might find something else that will work if we knew what the specifications were.
