If you are having trouble lifting then what you need is an adjustable
height machine shop cart.

Be prepared to spend some money because anything that can let you
raise or lower a platform costs more.  But you can get its height
level with your bench, lock its wheels and slide the set onto it then
lower it to move it, then crank up the platform to the height of
wherever you want to put it and shove it off the cart.
