Per QST, May 2023, Pages 64 to 66, the FCC is requiring that "As of May 3, 2023, every station must be assessed for (RF) exposure before it is operated."  The ARRL has provided an RF Exposure Calculator at http://arrl.org/rf-exposure-calculator .  It is very easy to use, and running it for any antennas you may have will satisfy the FCC requirement.  I printed out the results and I plan on keeping them in a handy folder just in case I ever need them.
