[Boatanchors] 6BL7 and the TV-7 Tester

Using my TV-7D tube tester to check three 6BL7 dual triodes.  One of 
them is supposed to be NOS.  All three of them test about half of the 
chart minimum.  My TV-7 has had the $400 refurb so I know it works well. 
  Is there a "typo" in the settings for 6BL7?  The settings on a few 
tubes were later corrected in manual addendum. Anyone know?
