I might have a few. We found a hacked-up BC-348 in a corner of the hangars that has (among numerous other mods) what appears to be an additional home-made IF chassis sitting where the dynamotor belongs. There are 3 ARC-5 looking IF cans in it. Do you have a particular IF part number or numbers that will work for you? The whole -348 is such a mess that I think it's only useful for parting out.

Subject: [Boatanchors] BC-453 85-kHz IF transformers
All: I am trying to collect six BC-453 IF transformers to build a thing
called a "Q6er" that came out around 1960. I am going to try to take it a
step further by ganging all the IF adjustment rods to a single shaft to
build a variable-bandwidth IF system.
Does anyone have either transformers or BC-453 receivers they are willing to
part with?
Thanks,
Dave Maples WB4FUR
