The perils of bad scans floating around the Internet.

Actually, in this case, someone may have scanned an early HA-350 document
and posted it to the world.
Using the one on BAMA, Figure 1 picture (just the picture and not the
part identifiers) on page 14 has to be rotated 180 degrees. All the part
identifiers and lines pointing to them will be correct if just the
picture is rotated 180 degrees.

Some times free isn't always a good thing.  Lots of scans floating around
the Internet that are very poor quality, incomplete with missing pages,
or just plain unreadable in certain areas especially with schematics.
