[Boatanchors] ft 726r 440 module

  I hadn't thought of a FT 726R as a boat anchor.  I'm using mine at
the moment to monitor FT8 on 6M.  Its been my only radio for linear
satellite contacts even though the Doppler correction is manual.

  What appears to be the problem with your 70cm module, or are you
missing it?
