However, NEW or recent IC caps are excellent from my experience.  I
used to buy surplus DuKane power supply boards for $2 each at a local
surplus store; each board had 5 IC 330 mfd 450 v. caps on it, some
higher capacitance.  They are 85C but a friend used around 30 of the
1500 mfd 250 v. IC caps in a 4-1000 6KV power supply and they have
been working FB for several years now.  I pulled them off boards with
a solder sucker during QSOs back when I had time for QSOs.  purchased
new,  they're kind of pricey.
