[Boatanchors] Rack mounted equipment handles?

Whatever handles you settle upon, back them behind the panel with a 
half-inch wide steel plate drilled to accept both bolt heads so it can 
distribute the handling stresses.  Without it, the soft aluminium around 
the bolt heads will eventually "wallow-out" and get loose.
