Just picked up a 1000' spool of 22AWG hookup wire,
for a good price.

Just for fun, measured the inductance of the spool with
one of those imported component testers.

Multiple measurements hovering between 102 and
108 mH.  Noise pickup probably causing the variation.

I would have guessed the inductance value would have been
higher than that.

Most likely no one is going to use a full spool of wire as
a component, but who knows?
