[Boatanchors] BBC Short Wave to return

     I get a broadcasting news letter. The last one said the BBC 
was re-establishing short wave service to Ukraine and Russia due 
to the Russians blocking the internet. I hope its true. No 
details. I think the U.S. demolished all the Voice of America 
sites so probably can't re establish that service. Too bad.
