[Boatanchors] W9DUT vhf tri-mode receiver

I have a 339 page PDF index of 73 magazine here. I don't know where I
obtained it but it comes in handy. There are also a couple of searchable
indexes online.

Anyways, I found the "TRI-Mode VHF Monitor" written by John Wonsowicz,
W9DUT in the November, 1960 issue of 73. It is noted as the companion to
the "Bantum Converters" from his article in the October, 1960 issue.

As I recall, the "Space Monitor" consisted of an all-purpose IF/AF unit
with multiple converters, as separate units, for different frequencies.
It also included a panadapter.  Superb craftsmanship. I enjoyed those
