    The Treetop Circuits PD and slow AVC is excellent and very 
easy to install. You lose the noise limiter, not big deal since 
it does not work well for CW or SSB.

     Don't bother with the Lankford mods, they are very poor, 
especially the AVC mod, which causes popping.
